Now I will teach you the second Chapter of our Iso Style dance Tutorial No. 1. Again you start in each chapter with a warm-up to prepare yourself for the following exercises. In each chapter I will first explain the movements, which we will then practice together. With the practice sessions at the end of the explanation you prepare yourself for the "Show up & Dance" performance. These practice sessions tie together all the moves in this chapter and Chapter 1+2 and will give you the opportunity to pick up the pace.

So you will slowly build up the moves and transitions to be able to dance the choreography at the end. To increase the difficulty level, you will learn appropriate arm variations. We will close the chapter with a cool down.

This chapter includes a warm-up, basic moves, practice session, performance and a cool-down. We will start now with a warm up and then you will learn the next 4 movements. First the Iso Hip drop 2nd Position, then the Iso Hip Lift 2nd Position, then the Cross Jump Turn and the Iso Hip Drop 1st position. At the end we will add an arm variation.
